good evening lovely crafters!... I do hope you are ready for the beeeeeeautiful new launch hitting your TV screen at 8am sharp tomorrow morning? if your out set your TV to record and if your in, get you cuppa tea ready and put those feet UP! Crafters Companion are bringing some more gorgeous Create-A-Card dies in the fabulously popular A6 size!! Leann with be with you on Create and Craft with a ONE DAY WONDER! so don't miss the show! 6 brand new Designs for you, all in A6, which is a super size! now I'm sure you know how these Create-A-card dies work by now as there is a fabulous range of them...you can check them out on line right now just HERE! so we know how there is no outside cutting edge to these dies don't we..which is brilliant as it makes them so much more versatile!, the 6 x 6 that Crafters already have on the website are brilliant, use them to make your complete 6x6 cards or cut them out Mat and layer and they are perfect as a centre topper on your 8x8, so....next it seems only perfect to bring out the A6 size! beautiful alone to make your pretty A6 cards and fantastic to cut into or mat and layer and use on your  your A5 cards- my favourite sized cards. So...first up I had the pleasure of working with the Adore A6 die plate,

I love tone on tone cards, and when deciding to make this lovely wedding card it seemed the perfect choice! a simple concertina side added to my die and we have a stunning wedding card! I used the aperture to create a simple hanging tag, an accent colour of burnt orange was used and a couple of tiny diamantes, nothing else needed the die does it all!
and here's a second card using the same die in a completely different way...
A large triple A6 using 3 of the die cuts, the centre one I popped concertina sides on to make it pop out! beautiful, perfect for loved ones, anniversary, wedding...all sorts! and the centres of all these new dies create lovely die cuts in their own right you can use to pop on your cards!
Butterflies next! This plate is called Kaleidoscope of butterflies, very very pretty! I made 2 cards from this one too,
I love butterfly dies, they are just so pretty and they draw me in every time!So I created my easel card, used one die on the base and used the aperture as the stopper then using another I made 3D by again using some concertina sides, some butterflies cut from the essential range and the stamp and die set from Sheena Douglas Wild rose to decorate...(LOVE THIS STAMP AND DIE SET!!!!) how pretty would this look if in the aperture you popped a photograph in? i think it would look really amazing!
then for my second card i used a piece of crafters Kraft card for a completely different look! a few more of Sheena's dies and flowers and the Die'sire ivy die to finish. the colours i must say are a little richer in life! my camera has the most powerful flash! it lights up the house lol but seems to take away the colour a little? I need to get this right lol
and last one for tonight ...Shining Star!
I really wanted to go BRIGHT & BOLD with these! I've used the die this time the size it is, and made an A6 easel card, very simple and effective using a lovely bold blue and bright green 3D your stars up to make the stopper and feature on your card , quick, fast simple BUT another stunning die that works for you!

Again using the die as it is A6, I made a 4 panel fold card, chose 4 ZINGY bright colours and mixed and matched! a simple sentiment " You Colour My World" some 3D stars and your done! if you need to make quick cards that look stunning and look like they have taken an age these dies are FAB! want to take your time, add embellishments create something spectacular? these cards are FAB!
so ...there we have the first 3 die plates...I have 3 more to show you, again I've made 2 from each so 6 more designs that will be popping up on my blog at 7am tomorrow ready for the 8am show, so I hope if you can you will stop by!
Thank you for reading my page and looking at my cards it really does mean so much!
back soon!
