A Winters Wedding.....

I have had the most fun the past few weeks!! Designing a range of Winter inspired Wedding Stationery! I hope next year ( mmmm I'm sure i said that THIS year!) to get my website up and running and do the WHOLE Wedding Stationery a bit more serious lol but until that time I'm still playing with collections i would like to add.. and here is my first, I would love to know what you think.

Bebunni Christmas Stamp !

Good evening crafters!! I have just got into my craft room for the evening after an....EVENTFUL day at work :) sigh...and relax

a nice couple of hours crafting ahead of me, but first a recent DT card for Crafters Companion. Did you see the fabulous new Bebunni Christmas stamps that launched last week!! How totally irresistible! here is the ever cute Bebunni and snowman stamp, coloured of course with my Spectrum Noir pens!

 

 I have printed the background paper from the new Bebunni Christmas CD that you can pick up just over...HERE! and crafters I promise it is FULL of the most fabulously beautiful art work for all your Christmas projects!

i have used a tonic verso holly Christmas die set to stamp and decorate my image, and the tags are a Die'sire die tag set, that are just PERFECT for adding your sentiments they have them in stock right now just pop along  HERE!! I used the stamp sentiment that came with the stamp and it fitted my tag die just right!, a satin bow a few jems and a good old sprinkling of glitter to finish off!

i think this image would make a fab shaker card with some white flowersoft maybe for the snow? mmmmm think i need to try that!, well I'm off to finish some winter wedding invites I'll pop back soon to show you ! :)

Just Inklined- CHEERS!

Good morning crafters!!

Today i am sharing my weekly DT card for Just Inklined.  Today I have chosen to use the digi image- "Cheers" Chalkboard for my quick and simple CAS style card that you can pick up in store just HERE!

i have loved this image for a while but this is the first time i have used it, i have printed and coloured in using my spectrum noir pens, then cut out and attached 3D foam pads. For my base i have used white hammered effect card from Papermill, then using "The Best Of Just Inklined" cd rom i have chosen 2 lovely backing papers in red and blue to create two little bunting flags and a little border. Attached my chalkboard and done! a lovely little card.

Brand New Realease from Scrappers Delights!

Good morning crafters!!

Today sees more lovely Digi releases over at Scrappers Delights!! and I have had the pleasure of making a lovely card with the very adorable " Jasmine"! available as I have coloured her as a Unicorn or a cute little pony!. The DT have coloured this months releases in fabulously! some really lovely inspiration for you so do check out their designs over at Scrappers Delights!

I have coloured my image in with my Spectrum Noir pens and the colours I have used are..CR, 1,2,3, 7,8,9,10,11 DR3, TN7,6

Then I have mat and layered in shades of red, peach and brown, wrapped satin brown and red organza ribbon around, popped a few coordinating flowers in place and although it is not obvious from the photo there is a few highlights of glitter dotted around!

This is my last post on the New Release Team for Scrappers Delights, and it has been an absolute pleasure to have worked with Janice and all the DT girls!. I  have displayed my DT badge with utmost pride! but with lots of crafty projects on the go it is sadly time to take a step down from the team.  BUT i will be a regular fan to pop in and see what delights Janice has in store over on the Face Book Fan Page!So I hope to see you all there!

Bebunni Christmas Launch from Crafters Companion

Well ....did you all see the complete loveliness that is Bebunni today on Create & Craft!!?! I'm feeling all Christmassy!! :) You know crafters there is no putting it off any longer! Christmas has well and truly HIT the craft world!! with a BANG! so many fabulous products are now winging there way to us, and if you've been keeping your eye on the TV'S TOP craft channel you will have noticed all the big names in craft have now begun to launch all their BRAND NEW designs for Christmas 2014,... and my FAVOURITE has just got to be Bebunni,

 here is a lovely card made using the Shaped Cards section of the CD rom! how cute! I LOVE these snow globe designs. I've used spray and shine pearl diamond on globe shaped part and then around the edge and a few extra sprinklings of Stampendous Frantage silver crushed glass glitter around the edge. If you havent tried this crushed glass yet it is gorgeous!! Crafters Companion have it on their website just HERE!

they have a gorgeous range of colours and the price at just £4.99 is really good! I paid £6.99 for the same size pot from the NEC last november!! BARGAIN!

and here's a little easel card using elements from the card companion section of the CD rom, I just printed two of the background pieces, a little bit of die cutting, ribbon and glitter andyou have a  really simple and quick card, which is perfect when you have so many to make. that's the trouble when you are a card maker, because EVERYONE wants a handmade card at Christmas lol!

La Pashe- Some for the men folk!

Good afternoon peeps!,

Just stopping by to share 3 cards I have recently made for fathers day using my La Pashe CD roms- Check out the range on line just HERE!

They have a REALLY good selection of CD roms.... I know.... I have them ALL and LOVE them, I have always admired their artwork so find my self VERY  lucky to be on their Design Team!,

So I have made 3 cards using images from "The Best Of La Pashe 2012"

 

I really loved this one!! My Husbands hobby is photography and I have recently treated me to a lovely Nikon D3200 that I am still learning lol at the moment I have only taken snaps of my cards and a few pics in the garden but I'm getting better!  i popped the main image into my graphic programme to create the back ground I simply enlarged the image then faded, for the sentiment I made the image smaller, then again faded it and  wrote my sentiment over the top, really easy to do but i think it looks good! i do it all the time...you have probably noticed if you've stopped by before! the following two cards of a steam train and boat, I have done the exact same thing....what do you think?...

and there you go! I have printed all 3 cards onto Black Diamond Matt photo paper, to get the clearest images i can, and cant stress enough when you are a CD crafter how important paper choice is, if you are not happy with the images you are getting always check your paper quality first! it rarely is your printer,

today is turning out to be a " catch up on blogging day!"

I had soooooo much fun with these girls!! Now Nicola did start life blonde hair and quite fair skin! then disaster struck and i over indulged with my reds and the ink bled over into her hair and skin! i DID NOT want to throw her in the bin SO set to work changing her completely, I had to create a dark dotty back ground but i was determined to put her right and Save her!! 

I hope you like my little collection! and used the newly released cd rom to create all the back grounds!

Crafters Companion June Challenge- Tags & Boxes

Good morning crafters!! Well what a wonderful weekend full of fabulous weather we are having!!,

Today I am sharing my recent DT make for the Crafters Companion June challenge - Theme- Tags & Boxes

I chose to work with one of my favourite CC Cd roms- Fairyopolis I LOVE fairies!! and I chose to make a set of tags with some of the stunningly beautiful images that can be found on the cd.....

I used the new "Chic" embossing folder by CC that has recently launched with the Scruffy Little Cat collection on to CC Kraft card for the back part to my tags, then a little distress ink around the edges, i cut out my images that i backed onto a gorgeous background paper from the cd, again matting onto CC Kraft card, then some simple satin ribbon and a sprinkling of glitter in just the right places on my fairies!

NEW Release over at Scrappers Delights!
